Forgot Employee ID or Username?

The “Forgot Employee ID” feature in Chipotle’s employee portal (such as Okta, Spice Hub or Workday) is designed to help employees recover their Employee ID or username in case they forget it.

How To Recover Chipotle Employee ID or Username

Unfortunately, the only available means to get back your Chipotle employee ID is to do it manually. There’s no online option to recover your Username or Employee ID on the Chipotle Okta employee Login page. Any recovery steps has to be done manually.

Step 1: Checking your Email account associated with Chipotle. Before reaching out for help from the Chipotle help desk, try finding your Username on the email account or phone number linked to your employee portal. Whichever email or nunber has a corresponding username or employee ID, that’s it, you’ve found it.

Step 2: Go to the Chipotle Contact Us page and choose to call 1-877-625-1919, or email the support team via PEPPER chat bot.

Step 3: Inform the IT team you need help in retrieving your forgotten Employee ID or Username. You might be asked to provide some means of verification to prove ownership of account. Incase you need help with resetting your password, click on Forgot Password? link.

Step 4: Allow the IT or help desk team to check the system and you provided the correct valuable information, you would be given your correct Employee ID or Username again. Be sure to save it this time on your email or anywhere safe.
