How To Reset Chipotle Employee Workday Account Password

It’s a good thing that active and former employee using the Okta and Workday portal can make use of the Forgot Password option to reset and set up a new password for their account. Here’s how;

1. Access the Login Page: If an employee forgets their password, they can visit the Workday login page at (https://workday.chipotle.com/) of the Chipotle employee portal and look for the “Forgot Password” link or button.

2. Provide Verification Information: The employee will typically need to verify their identity by providing personal information such as their username, email address, or other identifiers associated with their account. Some systems may also require answering security questions or verifying via a multi-factor authentication (MFA) method (e.g., email or text verification).

3. Reset Password Instructions: Once verified, the employee will be sent instructions to reset their password. This typically comes in the form of a link sent to their registered email address or an SMS code if they have linked a phone number to their account.

4. Create a New Password: After clicking the reset link or entering the verification code, the employee will be prompted to create a new password. The new password must meet security requirements (e.g., a mix of letters, numbers, and special characters) to ensure account security.

5. Access Restored: After successfully resetting the password, the employee can use their new password to log in and regain access to the internal systems.

How To Reset Chipotle Okta Account Password

The Self-Service Password Reset feature is available in Okta to everyone who has accepted the Personal Device Disclaimer in Workday. You’ll have the option to reset your password using 3 different options: the personal email address associated to your Workday profile, SMS, or voice call.

To utilize the SMS and Voice password reset options, you must first sign into Okta at (https://okta.chipotle.com) click ‘Settings’ on the upper right, and add a phone number to each of the Forget Password sections. If you have not yet accepted this disclaimer, then you will need to call the IT Help Desk.
